Meditation is different for everyone.....
Here is what I do....I find a quiet space for myself and just sit breathing and releasing. I often have a crystal, aura spray or 528hz tuning fork to hand which helps me to return to the now, which is my main objective. But ultimately I am allowing whatever is being given to me from my divine self to arrive and be delivered and expressed, without judgement or doubt. I let the universe run through my soul, which...yes I know can sound a bit ........ but truly that is what it is to me. I have noticed that recently when I am connected to that bigger than the smallness we have been encouraged to be place. That I feel a swelling in the bridge of my nose and an expansiveness in the middle of my face. I am aware that mediums often have a tell when the messages are close by........ So back to sharing my meditations, often sound finds me and I sing or I call out, I watch the images on the inside of my eyelids, the warm reds if the sun is shining on me, or sometimes even if it is not........ I feel it is important to honour that hundred mile stare, the one that we all so often had as a child, like a yawn into the unknown that couldn't be looked away from until a certain point of gazily completion had somehow completed in our soul. Meditation has allowed me to find that place, the place of no concern, where we are free of the everything and are remembering the space and the nothingness, just for a few moments in time, after which we return once more to the human functioning reality that we all reside in...... Meditation is not trying to do anything for me, it is clearing our thoughts of daily life, our inhibitions, our structured and learnt thoughts where we constantly direct ourselves on how to behave and what to do, and practicing stepping aside. So we can let the child who had wonder and lived in the moment, step in. Feeling into the sensations....... as I am now......... of the vibrations coming out of the keyboard and into my wrists......... pausing and being still.......observing as my body breathes itself, and noticing those breath's......... hearing the footsteps of somebody upstairs........ allowing my body to sway if it needs to..... being undirected is meditation to me....... feeling into the moment, is meditation to me and yes sometimes gifts of intuition come flying in and I race to get my camera and capture the moment, like I have here I would love to hear how meditation is for you.........
