Sounding & Grounding are my monthly events at Ruislip Lido, on Willow Lawn
It is a beautiful space and a lovely time where we pause, breathe and connect....then we experience sound and frequency, through my voice, intuition and listening.
These are the coming dates 12th June, 17th July, 14th August, 18th September, 16th October then it may be a little too chilly but we will see.........Gift yourself some time out and make 2024 beautiful........
